Common questions
- Is air conditioning noisy?
- Modern inverter units run quietly indoors, typically around the level of a soft conversation. Outdoor units are sited to keep noise away from bedrooms and neighbours.
- Can it heat as well as cool?
- Yes. Every system we fit is a heat pump in reverse, so it heats efficiently in winter as well as cooling in summer.
- Do I need planning permission?
- Generally no for domestic units within permitted development, but listed and conservation properties need consent. We advise at survey.
- What servicing is needed?
- An annual filter clean and check. We offer a service visit to keep efficiency and manufacturer cover in place.
