Ridgeway Electrical is a family-run electrical and renewables company based in Henley-on-Thames, serving homes and businesses across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey — from Marlow, Wallingford and Reading to Oxford, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Windsor, Woking and Guildford.
With over 15 years' experience in electrical contracting, EV charger installation, and solar and battery systems, we believe in a transparent and honest approach to everything we do.
How we work
We survey before we quote
A price given over the phone is a guess. We look at the board, the supply and the fabric of the building first, then put a fixed figure in writing.
Period property is the norm here
Lath and plaster, lime render and original joinery dictate how cable is run. We plan the route and the reinstatement together, before anything is lifted.
Readings, not opinions
Every circuit is tested and the readings recorded. If something fails, you get the number and the reason, not a vague warning.
One point of contact
The person who surveys the job is the person who runs it. No subcontracted labour, no handovers halfway through the week.
Where we work
Henley-on-Thames is home. Reading, Twyford, Marlow and Maidenhead are 15–25 minutes away, and we work across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey every week. If a job is beyond our usual patch, we'll say so straight away rather than take it on and let you down.
